• Membership is free to join.
• Members must be aged 18 years or older and have a valid email address.
• Only one Rewards account is permitted per person.
• Rewards accounts, points and reward vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold or exchanged.
• Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

• Members earn 1 reward point for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases after all discounts have been applied and before shipping charges and taxes.
• Points are awarded 30 days after eligible orders have been successfully processed.
• Customers must be logged into their Rewards account at checkout to earn points online.
• Points may be earned on eligible sale purchases unless otherwise stated.
• Points are not earned on shipping charges, gift cards, taxes, cancelled orders, refunded purchases, or any amount paid using a reward voucher.
• If an order is cancelled or refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the member's account.
• Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to adjust or remove points where fraudulent, suspicious or abusive activity is identified.

Members may earn additional points through selected activities including, but not limited to:

• Creating a Rewards account
• Following Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand on social media
• Referring friends
• Leaving product reviews
• Birthday rewards
• Other promotional activities offered from time to time

Bonus point activities, eligibility requirements and point values may be amended, changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Bonus points may take up to 24 hours to appear in a member's account.

• Rewards may only be redeemed online at Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand.
• Reward vouchers are single-use only and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds or gift cards.
• Only one reward voucher may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Reward vouchers may be redeemed on sale items unless otherwise specified by Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand.
• Reward vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other product discount, order discount, promotional offer or promotional code unless otherwise specified by Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand.

Minimum purchase requirements apply (after all discounts have been applied and before shipping charges):

• 300 Points = $30 Reward — Minimum purchase of $100 AUD
• 500 Points = $50 Reward — Minimum purchase of $200 AUD
• 1,000 Points = $100 Reward — Minimum purchase of $300 AUD

Minimum purchase thresholds may be amended by Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand from time to time. Any unused value remaining on a reward voucher after redemption will be forfeited.

• Reward coupons expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
• Any qualifying points activity, including earning or redeeming points, resets the inactivity period.
• Reward vouchers issued through the Rewards Program expire 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
• Expired reward vouchers cannot be reinstated, exchanged or replaced.
• Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to amend point and reward expiry periods at any time.

• Birthday points are added or updated to a Rewards account on the birth date provided.
• Members must add their birthday to their Rewards account before their birthday to be eligible to receive that year's Birthday Reward.
• Birthday Rewards are issued once per calendar year.
• Birthday Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or gift cards.
• Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to withhold or cancel Birthday Rewards where a birth date is added, amended or suspected to have been manipulated for the purpose of obtaining additional rewards.

• If an order that earned reward points is cancelled, refunded or returned, the associated points will be deducted from the member's account.
• If a reward voucher was redeemed on an order that is subsequently refunded or returned, the redeemed reward voucher will not be reissued.
• Returns and exchanges remain subject to the Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand Returns Policy.

Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to suspend, terminate or cancel any Rewards account where:

• fraudulent activity is suspected;
• duplicate accounts are created;
• points or rewards are obtained dishonestly;
• the Rewards Program is abused;
• these Terms & Conditions are breached; or
• behaviour is considered harmful to Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand or the Rewards Program.

Any accumulated points, reward vouchers or other benefits may be forfeited if an account is terminated.

Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to:

• modify, suspend or discontinue the Rewards Program;
• change point earning rates;
• amend reward values or redemption thresholds;
• introduce, amend or remove rewards;
• change eligible earning activities;
• amend these Terms & Conditions; and
• correct, cancel or reverse any points or rewards issued in error,

at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms & Conditions.

• By joining the Rewards Program, members agree to receive communications relating to their Rewards account, points balance, reward vouchers, exclusive member offers and other Rewards Program updates.
• Personal information will be collected, stored and handled in accordance with the Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand Privacy Policy.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivobarefoot Australia & New Zealand is not responsible for technical errors affecting the Rewards Program, lost/delayed/incorrectly recorded points or rewards, unauthorised access to member accounts, or interruptions to availability.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
